color and spicy oak aroma. Bursting with vibrant flavors of ripe berries
and black cherries, Rosso Grande is a dry, powerful wine with finesse
and elegance.

Italian Amarone
$15 off a batch
This wine, which is full-bodied, richly dry and a
deep garnet color, has a long, lingering finish. It has a foundation
of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes from the Veneto region of
Italy. Notes of plum, sour cherry, raspberry and vanilla gradually marry
with anise, bitter chocolate, coffee and fig tones that develop with
age. A pack of crushed grapes, with whole, sun dried grapes, is added
to the juice for traditional "on the skins" fermentation character.

Learn how to make and bottle wine on the same night!
Not just any variety of wine, but our top 3 reds and our top 3 whites.
Take home a bottle of Super Tuscan, Argentinean Malbec and Merlot as
well as Italian Pinot Grigio, Australian Chardonnay and New Zealand
Sauvignon Blanc. We'll provide light snacks and a few wines for tasting
during this event. Space is limited, so gather your friends early for
a fun night out. |

Wine and Cheese Winefest
April 11th, 2008
$50 for 6 different bottles of wine
Mention food and wine to someone and the first food
that comes to mind is cheese.
Both wine and cheese are natural products, created using a standard
process but with a myriad of very different results. Both tend to age
well and their tastes complement each other well.
Join us on this night as we sample over a dozen different cheeses from
around the world while making and bottling several different wines from
around the world. You'll take home 6 different bottles of wine including
Cabernet Sauvignon, Old Vine Zinfandel, Italian Pinot Grigio, and others.
Wine and cheese tasting included. Reserve early.
