Professional Equipment, Proven Recipes, Expert Help. Choose from over 80 proven recipes for any style of beer which suits your taste. We have everything from clean refreshing Pilsners, to classic Pale Ales, to dark creamy Stouts.
Every IncrediBREW recipe is all natural and chemical free. You will use the freshest ingredients available: pure charcoal filtered water, imported malts, domestic & imported hops and selected cultured liquid yeast.
Each batch is 13.5 gallons of beer which makes 72 (22oz.) bottles of beer. If that is more than you need, bring a friend or two to split the batch and multiply the fun. Perhaps check out our next Brewfest which gets you a mixed case of beer for only $35.
Allow 2 hours to brew. The beer remains with us for 2 weeks. Then return to finish the process and bottle your beer using our automatic bottle washer and fillers.
Some batches are $135, the rest are $135 to $165. Bottles are $12 per case (12-22oz.) but these are reusable. Once you own the bottles, your cost is about $5.00 per traditional six pack. Not bad for fresh, world class beer! Save about 38% off the cost of comparable commercial brews!

Imperial Red Ale: This new recipe has shot to the top of the charts! Rich malt flavor, full body, nice amber color and balanced hoppiness combine to give this one the highly deserved Imperial stamp.
Imperial Force IPA: This is a "Back to Brew School Brewfest" creation which made the grade to our recipe book. Heavy malt as well as a citrusy hop flavor and aroma are the force behind this high-end India Pale Ale.

Whole Hop Hopfest

We'll bring in whole leaf hops (leaf Hops are the natural "cones" that are removed from the plants, dried and pressed into bales) and brew 6 favorite recipes that will feature an abundance of hop character. You'll experience a burst of hop flavors and aromas that are unique to whole hops in these recipes: Flagship IPA, Fat Tyre, Jolly Roger IPA, Majestic Pale Ale, Sierra Madra Pale Ale and Frank Jones IPA.
No brewing experience necessary. We'll show you how to brew the easy way with great professional results.
Snacks and refreshments provided. Experience some whole hop tea...a true hop lover"s beverage.

Papa John's will supply the pizza and we'll supply all the recipes, ingredients, equipment and expertise for you to brew some great summer brews! LingYueng and English Summer Ale will be the featured recipes. LingYueng is our version of the famous PA beer brewed by the oldest brewery in America. English Summer Ale is a light and easy drinking brew but we’ve packed a tad bit more flavor and citrus character into this summer refresher than a typical light beer. When you return in 3 weeks (a week longer due to the 4th of July) you'll get a variety case of these winners. Take them home, chill them down, and enjoy! No prior brewing experience necessary and remember to arrive hungry, Papa John's will fill you up.
