Brewing Beer at IncrediBREW

Brew world class beer the easy & fun way...and save lots of $$$.

Professional Equipment, Proven Recipes, Expert Help. Choose from over 80 proven recipes for any style of beer which suits your taste. We have everything from clean refreshing Pilsners, to classic Pale Ales, to dark creamy Stouts and our Top Selling IPAs.

Every IncrediBREW recipe is all natural and chemical free. You will use the freshest ingredients available: pure charcoal filtered water, imported malts, domestic & imported hops and selected cultured liquid yeast.

Each batch is 13.5 gallons of beer which makes 72 (22oz.) bottles of beer. If that is more than you need, bring a friend or two to split the batch and multiply the fun. Perhaps check out our next Brewfest which gets you a mixed case of beer for only $35.

Allow 2 hours to brew. The beer remains with us for 2 weeks. Then return to finish the process and bottle your beer using our automatic bottle washer and fillers.

Some batches are $145, many are $150 to $170. Bottles are $12 per case (12-22oz.) but these are reusable. Once you own the bottles, your cost is about $6-7 per traditional six pack...not bad for the freshest beer you'll ever taste.

Brew Half Batches of Beer All Summer Long!

If you have wanted to brew your own beer, but don't have the space to store 72 bottles in the warmth of summer, we are happy to offer smaller batches which will yield approx 2 cases of beer. We will only offer these during the warm months of May, June, July, and August.

Several customers have asked if they can make a smaller batch because of limited fridge space. We've listened, we get it, and now you can brew just what you need. Call to make an appointment and when you call just say you're brewing a half batch. We're happy to keep your glass half full! Cheers!

We will be taking our top 20 recipes and offering them as half batch options. Each batch will yield 24 bottles (22oz) or will fit perfectly in on small 1/6 barrel keg (which we sell or rent at the store). The cost will be between $65-85 per batch.

What is IncrediLAB? These events are built to bring together like-minded brewers who want to tinker with recipes using trending, unique, high quality ingredients and commercial-grade equipment.

Each month we will host a different IncrediLAB event. Together we will brew new recipes featuring the trendiest hops, yeast, and new specialty grains. The mission is simple, to create great tasting craft beers and enable you to brew it yourself through our workshops.

This month we are getting YEASTY with it. We will brew the same recipe with various yeast strains to evaluate what yeast devotes to the taste of the beer. This will a great way for you to tell which yeast you like.

We recently launched this recipe which is modeled after a famous beer in Maine, one of the top-rated beers in the nation. Brewed with a load of hops, including some news ones we will be carrying at the brewery on a regular basis ... CITRA, FALCONER’S FLIGHT, MOSAIC, SIMCOE.

Teddy Hopper Thursdays in June

EVERY THURSDAY in June at 6:00 PM
$30 per variety case (bottles not included)
$40 per variety case (bottles and cap stickers included)

We've recently altered this Imperial IPA recipe which is modeled after a famous Vermont Beer; one of the top-rated beers in the nation. This #1 seller for us the last three years just got better. Plenty of late addition hops, especially Simcoe, give this clone all the citrus, piney flavor, and aroma that has made the original the most sought after beer in New England.
